1. Attach the handle holder and connect the handle cable to the device. Do not rotate it when inserting; simply insert it directly.
2. Connect the power cord and press the power button.
3. Select the corresponding gold microneedle probe. The non-invasive microneedle probe is for daily care and will not break the skin. The other three probes are invasive microneedles and will break the skin.
4. The 10-pin probe is for the eye area and nose, the 25-pin probe is for the face, and the 64-pin probe is for the body.
5. Enter the interface and select the desired function: A is for the face, M is for the body, and I is for the ice hammer.
6. Select the parameters according to your needs. Manual needle withdrawal mode is recommended for beginners.
7. If using invasive microneedles, apply numbing cream or a numbing patch to the treatment area. After around 20 minutes, apply medical-grade sterile gel or hyaluronic acid serum before starting the procedure.
8. After the procedure, press pause and apply a medical sheet mask to the face.
9. Select “I” on the interface to enter the ice hammer mode. Adjust the ice head energy, sterilise the ice hammer head, then press start. Move the ice hammer in circular motions over the sheet mask to cool and reduce redness.

Needle Depth: 0.2 mm - 4.0 mm. This represents the depth to which the needle penetrates the skin.

Needle Speed: 0.1 s - 2.8 s. This represents the time the needle stays in the skin. The higher the setting, the longer the needle stays in the skin.

RF Energy Intensity: 10 W - 200 W. This represents the radiofrequency energy emitted after the needle enters the skin.

Ice Hammer Energy: Level 1 - 5. The higher the energy level, the colder the ice hammer.

• After using invasive needles, redness and scabbing are normal.
• Avoid contact with tap water on the day of the procedure. If the face feels too dry, use a medical sheet mask or medical spray to moisturise.
• Within 24 hours to one week, you may clean the area with saline solution. Do not use tap water.
• Use medical-grade skincare products and apply a medical-grade sheet mask twice a day, morning and evening, to moisturise the skin.
• Use physical sun protection and avoid direct UV exposure.
• After one week, once the skin has healed and the scabs have formed, you may use the non-invasive microneedling probe for daily care.
• Do not apply makeup for two weeks after using invasive microneedling.

Non-invasive Microneedling: Once a week.

Invasive Microneedling: Once every 1 - 1.5 months.

After using invasive microneedling, wait at least one week before using non-invasive microneedling to avoid damaging the skin before it has fully healed.

• The non-invasive microneedling probe should be replaced after 3 - 5 uses.
• Disinfect the surface of the probe with alcohol after each use.
• Invasive microneedling probes are for single use only.

1. Keep the probe flat against the skin during operation.
2. Do not use the device on nerve areas, bone edges, intra-orbital areas, navel, buttocks, breast tissue, thyroid area, or other contraindicated areas.
3. Do not apply treatment directly to the neurological area around the jaw.
4. After treatment, apply moisturising and repairing products morning and evening. Scabs should fall off naturally and should not be peeled off by hand.
5. Apply sunscreen and avoid direct UV exposure. Avoid intense exercise, swimming, sauna, and similar activities for a short period of time.
6. Avoid alcohol for a short period of time, as alcohol may prolong redness and affect skin recovery.
7. Do not repeatedly treat the same area multiple times, as this may affect scab formation and recovery.
8. If artificial fillers have been injected into the treatment area, use is not recommended. If hyaluronic acid or collagen has been injected within the last six months, treatment should only be considered after 3 - 6 months.
9. Do not use if the skin is unstable.
10. People with serious diseases or skin diseases should not use this device.
11. Do not use if you have heart disease or a cardiac pacemaker.
12. Treatment is not recommended during pregnancy, menstruation, breastfeeding, or for people with diabetes, high blood pressure, or metal implants in the body.
